We are very proud of our on-campus Military and Veterans Services, which serves as a one-stop-shop devoted solely to the development of veterans; the first of its kind in the state of Georgia.
Our Support Network
We offer Veterans Information Sessions twice per year, which gives you a chance to speak with members of our Veterans support network to include our Undergraduate Admissions Veterans Recruiter and a representative from our Military and Veteran Service Office. The Fall information session will be held on Monday October 9th at 10 AM. Please see below for admission standards and required documents.

After being accepted to KSU, students who wish to have their military training and experience considered for transfer credit must submit an AARTS or SMART transcript to the Office of the Registrar, attention Graduation Audit, Transfer, and Evaluation Services (G.A.T.E.S.).

Allow ample time for receipt and processing of all documents. Processing time varies based on number of applicants and time of year.
❑ Submit your application and $40 application fee online by the appropriate posted deadline for your desired semester of entry.
❑ Submit the FAFSA (https://fafsa.ed.gov/) if requesting to receive financial aid other than VA Educational Benefits.
❑ If you apply for in-state tuition, you must provide proof of lawful presence prior to enrollment.
❑ Prior to enrolling in courses you must provide proof of immunization as required by the University System of Georgia. Please see http://immunizations.kennesaw.edu/ for further information.
Official transcripts from high schools or colleges must be sent directly from the institution to:
