We’d like to welcome you to Kennesaw State University.

Picking a college or university is one of the most significant decisions you will ever make.

How do you get the information you need to make the best choice?

By visiting the campus, meeting the people, and finding out how well the university’s offerings address your personal and career goals

Here are the top 10 Reasons to Attend KSU’s Open House

  • You can’t judge a college’s atmosphere by reading a brochure or looking at a website. You have to visit in person. Walk the campus and see the facilities. Many current students said they decided to apply because Kennesaw State just “felt” right.

  • You can pick from academic sessions based on KSU’s colleges. These mini-lectures will give you a feel for what KSU courses and faculty are like, and you can ask questions about degrees or academic opportunities.

  • You may be wondering how you’ll meet people and make friends at college. Come to the KSU Open House and find out. KSU’s 300-plus clubs and organizations provide easy ways to find students who share similar interests.
  • Explore your housing options — an in-person visit makes planning what to bring to your future home a whole lot easier. You’ll also see how living on campus provides easy access to resources, activities, and events.

  • When interviewing for jobs, you’ll want to have real-world examples of what you’ve learned. KSU internships, co-ops and service-learning are just three ways you can gain these valuable experiences. At the Open House, you can learn about KSU’s career resources and support.
